About Spider..

Spider Loc was grinding on the undergorund scene of California until he recorded a song in 2000 with Kam for Kam's 2001 release "Kamnesia". He later recorded a demo with rapper C-Bo.

Spider Loc was later discovered by Suge Knight after freestyling for him at a restaurant right after Knight's release from prison in 2001. He never signed a contract with Death Row Records, but appeared on the 2002 Death Row release "Dysfunktional Family" Original Motion Picture Soundtrack. In 2003 he severed ties with Death Row and became a free agent. In 2004 via his official website Spider released a internet only independent album titled "Brainless The Prequel" which featured guest appearances by C-Bo, Kurupt, and others.

In September 2004, Spider Loc met rapper Young Buck in Atlanta and did some acapella rapping for him. A week later in Los Angeles, Young Buck introduced him to 50 Cent on the set of the 'Shorty Wanna Ride' video, and he performed the same freestyle. After four months, the rapper was offered a position with 50 Cent's G-Unit. He has since been featured on many G-Unit mixtapes and albums such as "get Rich or Die Tryin" Soundtrack and Tony Yayo's "Thoughts of a Predicate Felon". He has also released his own mixtape, titled "Bangadoshish (LA Kings)", which featured artists Young Buck, Big Syke (from Thug Life), 50 Cent, Olivia, among others.

In 2006 Spider Loc was at Spike TV's VGAs (Video Game Awards), where he and 50 Cent shared the award for best original song in a video game (50 Cent's Maybe We Crazy for 50 Cent: Bulletproof, and Spider Loc for his song, When I Get Angry from Madden NFL 06).

Spider Loc is currently traveling between LA and New York recording material for his upcoming debut album, 'The West Kept Secret',  to be released on G-Unit Records in 2007.
